Fyre Fit is a fitness company offering certified personal trainers to clients at a location and time of their choosing across various workout types, all at an affordable rate.

 

TERMS OF USE

 

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) outline the conditions governing your access to and use of the website https://www.fyrefituae.com/ and our mobile, tablet, smartwatch, and other personal device applications (“Apps”), along with all features, services, and content (collectively referred to as “Digital Properties”) provided by Fyre Fit (“Fyre Fit”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Please review these Terms thoroughly.

 

This Agreement, together with our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), constitutes the entire understanding between you and Fyre Fit regarding the Digital Properties. Should any provision of this Agreement be deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

By utilizing the Digital Properties, and the services and features offered through them, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old, have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, forming a legally binding contract between you and Fyre Fit.

Should you not agree to these Terms, please discontinue using the Digital Properties and associated services immediately.

Furthermore, regarding Apps specifically, you recognize and consent that the availability of each App depends on the third-party app store from which you download it (the “App Store”). These Terms are between you and Fyre Fit, not the App Store. Each App Store may have its own terms and conditions, which you must accept before downloading an App. Your usage of the App is subject to compliance with these App Store terms and conditions.

 

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions may be modified as we evolve our business or the Digital Properties. If changes occur, we will post the revised document here, effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of significant changes via the email address you provided. Your continued use of the Digital Properties constitutes acceptance of these modifications. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. Should you disagree with any changes, please cease using the Digital Properties and associated services.

Our aim is to ensure every interaction with Fyre Fit exceeds expectations. If not, please give us the chance to address any issues by contacting us at info@fyrefituae.com, providing your name, phone number, email, and a description of the problem.

 

ACCESS TO THE DIGITAL PROPERTIES & SERVICES

The Digital Properties and Services are designed for adults over 18 residing in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, agreeing to use them in compliance with local laws, our Terms, and Privacy Policy. Fyre Fit does not guarantee availability of the Digital Properties in your location. Accessing them from outside the specified countries is at your own risk. By using the Digital Properties, you affirm meeting eligibility requirements and legal capacity to accept these Terms.

 

You are responsible for any charges incurred accessing the Digital Properties. While certain goods or services may be purchasable through them, the Digital Properties themselves are currently free. Fyre Fit reserves the right to alter this arrangement without prior notice. Access to specific areas may be restricted to Fyre Fit members.

 

AVAILABILITY

 

Fyre Fit is not obligated to maintain the Digital Properties or provide related support services. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently render the Digital Properties unavailable, or modify them, at our discretion and without prior notice or liability. Content availability may also change without notice.

 

YOUR ACCOUNT

 

Some parts of the Digital Properties may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain account security. You are solely responsible for any activities under your account and must notify us of any unauthorized use. Each individual may only have one account. We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

 

USING THE DIGITAL PROPERTIES

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Fyre Fit grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Digital Properties for personal, non-commercial purposes. Failure to comply will result in termination of this license without notice or refund.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Fyre Fit owns all Digital Properties and content within, including text, graphics, trademarks, and software. You agree not to reproduce or use any part of the Digital Properties and content for commercial purposes without permission.

 

COMMENTS; NO UNSOLICITED IDEAS

We welcome feedback on the Digital Properties, provided it's lawful and respectful. Any communications sent to Fyre Fit become our exclusive property. Please do not send unsolicited ideas or confidential information.

 

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Using the Digital Properties, you agree not to harass, impersonate, or upload harmful content. For a comprehensive list of prohibited actions, refer to our Terms.

 

LINKED SITES

Fyre Fit may provide links to other websites for informational purposes. We do not endorse or guarantee the reliability or accuracy of linked sites. You access them at your own risk.

 

PRIVACY

Protecting your personal information is a priority. We collect and use personal information according to our Privacy Policy, available for review on our website.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES

Through the Digital Properties, registered members can book training sessions with personal trainers across specified regions. By booking a session, you agree to our Terms for Personal Training Services, which may change at our discretion.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 4 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session cost.

The membership is valid 30 days from the day of the first session.

All memberships are not refundable.

Each monthly package can be freeze for 1 week upon your written request.

GENERALITIES

We strongly recommend that you seek professional medical advice before embarking on any diet or exercises program.

In any session is missed due to the trainer fault, you will be informed and accordingly we will allocate another session for you.

If, at any time, you feel undue pain or excessive discomfort stop the activity and inform your trainer of your symptoms. 

We recommend to sign up for minimum 3 months in order to achieve some fitness target and get benefit on the price.

While we believe that for most people, following our programs and methods will lead to their desired results, all exercise programs depend on the individual.

Results will be affected by the effort and commitment of the individual, however in some circumstances even where an individual follows our program, they may not achieve the desired results. We therefore provide no warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to:

• The effectiveness of any techniques, diets or programs that we deliver; or

• The results that you may achieve as a result of following our programs.

 

PAYMENTS

Payment for Services is due in advance or at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept payment via cash, cheque, bank transfer, Bank cards, and all prices are in AED.

All payments are non-refundable except in cases where we are unable to fulfill our obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

 

DISCOUNTS

We offer discounts on session packages to members. Package sessions cannot be resold, transferred, or shared.

 

NO REFUNDS & EXPIRATION POLICY

All sales are final, and payments are non-refundable. Session expiration details are provided on our website.

 

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS

Fyre Fit is not a healthcare provider. The Digital Properties and content therein are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. By using our services, you accept associated risks and waive claims against Fyre Fit.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Fyre Fit against any claims arising from your use of the Digital Properties.

TERMINATION

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by UAE laws, with jurisdiction in Dubai courts. We do not engage with OFAC and sanctioned countries.
